GB Auto is seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Coordinator to lead our team, coordinate workshop operations, and drive safety, quality and productivity outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and schedule workshop jobs
• Lead, mentor and support tradespeople and apprentices
• Liaise with customers and be the main point of contact for workshop work
• Manage workflow, parts and materials requirements
• Prepare quotes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high workshop standards
• Oversee daily workshop operations, including opening and closing

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualification as a Mechanic or Auto Electrician
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Sound computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions and work under pressure
• Current unrestricted driver's licence
• A/C Ticket highly regarded
