Job Description

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our Singleton branch. This is a varied role supporting our operations team with administration, timesheet processing, invoicing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service and administrative support.
  • Process employee timesheets and leave applications.
  • Assist with invoicing and job administration.
  • Create and maintain job records in NetSuite.
  • Follow up outstanding documentation with employees and customers.
  • Process cash and EFTPOS transactions.
  • Manage filing, records, petty cash, stationery, and general office administration.
  • Answer incoming calls and maintain a professional reception area.

About You

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • NetSuite experience highly regarded.
