The Role:
As the Regional Manager, you will oversee operations within the Sydney Region (based in Arndell Park), ensuring that we deliver exceptional service, meet financial targets, and maintain the highest safety standards. You will lead and develop a team of skilled technicians and professionals to drive growth and continued success in the mining, construction, and agricultural markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our Sydney Branch, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our business and expand our market presence.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Drive a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and develop your team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- You will have a senior-level management background with extensive experience in heavy industry, potentially with a trades-based background (ideally in Auto Electrical, though not essential).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
- Excellent change management experience.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations within the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
