Job Description

Are you an organised, detail-oriented, and experienced Parts Interpreter looking for a new opportunity?  We have an exciting full-time role available in our fast-paced and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parts coordination, organisation and administration for the Gunnedah Team.
  • Ordering, receiving, handling, sorting, storing and dispatching parts.
  • Processing requisitions, creating jobs and processing invoices.
  • Maintaining a high standard of organisation and housekeeping within the store and other stock locations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assisting with regular stock takes and audits.
  • Reporting to the Parts Supervisor.
  • Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
  • Forklift license – highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
